Estudio Diario x Eloisa
ART DIRECTION, SET DESIGN, PHOTOGRAPHY
Out of a shared passion for simple shapes, natural materials and warm colors, comes this collaboration with designers Estudio Diario to create a series of sunlit images.
A selection of everyday pieces from their catalogue —ceramic containers, wooden hangers, wall clock, a side table, and beautiful set of mirror, brush and tray— were set amidst a landscape of geometric shapes and photographed under the light of the midday sun.
The dark, strong shadows casted by the objects highlight their streamlined form, while the warm light of the sun brings out the tactile textures and earthy tones of ceramic, wood, cork and leather.
Taking these interior pieces outside, they are reconnected with the natural origin of their raw materials. At the same time, the designers’ aesthetic decisions are the focal point of these compositions, leaving aside their function as objects for a moment and treating them as abstract shapes, in a pure graphic bliss.
